Return & Refund Policy

At Peggy's Pantry, we want both you and your dog to be happy with every order. Because our products are consumable pet treats, we’ve outlined a clear and fair returns process below.

1. Returns Eligibility
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

We cannot accept returns for opened or partially consumed products unless there is a confirmed quality issue.

2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

3. Quality or Safety Concerns
If you believe there is an issue with the quality of our treats, please contact us immediately.
We may request:

  • Product photos
  • Batch or lot number (found on packaging)
  • Details of the issue

Your dog’s safety is extremely important to us, and we will investigate all concerns thoroughly while providing an appropriate resolution.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, faulty, or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs.
  • For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us to arrange this.
